Open the avatar menu and choose My account. Self-service accounts see a Production key only; trial and enterprise Admin/Manager accounts see separate Sandbox and Production keys. Enterprise Staff accounts can read documentation but cannot view credentials or use Try it.

Some purchases — for example certain Mainland China data products, or spending beyond 200 credits — require a verified business. Upload your business license and an authorization letter; review typically takes 1 business day and you only need to do it once.

One balance, shared across all QCC services. Free trial calls are separate — per-product allowances for trying self-service APIs, with a validity period.

Sandbox mode never bills — it validates auth and schema against fixed test entities. Production mode is a real, billed call and always shows a confirmation with the exact deduction first.

Products outside your plan show an introduction only. Some products are offered selectively, so full specifications are shared through your account manager.

Some company accounts are managed on the QCC platform only. For API access, reach out to our commercial team to set up a trial or an enterprise plan.
