QCC products deliver data in two ways. Real-time products answer in one round-trip; report products are asynchronous and follow the Search -> Order -> Retrieve pattern.

• Asynchronous reports - entity reports and individual profiles. Submit an order, then retrieve when ready: the full pattern is documented once in Search, Order & Retrieve, and every report page links back to it.
• Push - Ongoing Monitor delivers events to your webhook (see Webhooks).
